Programming Diversification!
After much deliberation I have decided to use both Gamesalad and Corona SDK. Gamesalad will be used mainly for less action intensive games, which don't put a strain on the engine.
Corona will be used for high action games which need to keep up a high framerate and don't pause when objects spawn. Also this will allow me to add openfeint. One of my first projects will be to remake Bounty Hunter in corona, adding in openfeint and other improvements suggested by reviewers.
Most communication will be on twitter so follow us at http://twitter.com/#!/Biffcogames

Ballurst and Ballurst Lite
I am currently developing my latest game, Ballurst.
It is a balloon popping game, which eases you then ramps up the difficulty by increasing speed, different balloon colours and number of balloons.
The aim is to only let the specified colour balloon reach the top of the screen, all other colours will lose you points.
In basic mode it is always the green balloons you need to avoid popping.
Advanced mode will change during gameplay and advise you which colour to avoid!
The full game will have 90 levels, 3 difficulty settings over the 2 game styles.
The lite version due soon has 8 levels and is only the basic game style!

New Iphone Game! Target Takedown
Here are a few shots of my latest game. It is a shooting gallery game. The game has two styles of play, time or score. Each style has its own career and practice mode. you start with 100 bullets but can gain more by hitting the icon when it appears. The game has just been submitted so should hopefully be out in a week!

Latest Light Speed update
I am approx two thirds of the way through updating the light speed game engine. It should improve responsiveness. Due to the increase in frame rate it is knocking the audio slightly out of sync, so I am fixing this as well. Should be sent to Apple by friday.
The update will also remove a bug which allows you to start at any difficulty level without first doing the easier modes. The game should make you play the easy mode, once thats done you can then start on easy or medium, and the same goes when you complete medium mode, it opens up all three.
I don't think I am going to create a HD version as the SD version should upscale pretty well.

Light Speed overhaul
Heres a screenshot of the new look for lightspeed. I was going to release it as a new game but would have felt like I'd cheated the people who have already bought the game. Its going to take a while.

Light Speed HD
I have just decided that as I am overhauling the graphics on lightspeed, I may as well do a HD version for the Ipad and next generation Iphone. Not sure when it will be completed tho.
Feedback for Light Speed
Thanks to people who have given me feedback for Light Speed.
Feedback has been pretty positive about the overall game idea. The main suggestion is that the graphics (lights, icon, background) are given an overhaul. Im now in the process of doing this using sketchup. It already looks much better and I've only done the lights.
I have an update ready which will allow you to play the game in either orientation. But I may hold off and combine it with the release of the updated graphics version.
